DALLAS – March 14, 2016 – CBRE | UCR announces the sale of 94 acres in Dallas, at the Northwest corner of Lancaster Road and Interstate 20 in southern Dallas. Centurion American, based in Farmers Branch, Texas, purchased the tract from Sun NLF for an undisclosed price.
The parcel will be added to an assemblage of land, now 294 acres, for a proposed mixed-use development called University Hills that will include townhomes, multifamily units, and entertainment and retail.
“Located southeast of the Dallas campus of the University of North Texas, this project will be a great amenity to the Southern Dallas corridor,” said Thurston Witt with CBRE | UCR.
Lots should be available in summer 2017.
Mr. Witt represented the seller. Robert Maxey with MetroCom Properties represented the buyer.
