CBRE announced today that Candid has selected a downtown Columbus location for their new headquarters as the company continues to grow. They will occupy four floors, which equal 33,258 square-feet of space, at 34 S. Third Street.

Candid will be expanding from space at 107 S. High Street into the newly renovated former Dispatch Printing Company building in Fall of 2019. The company expects further job growth in the downtown office as they continue to scale.
34 South Third Street is now 100 percent occupied. Other tenants include the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, The Dispatch Printing Company and its real-estate division, Capitol Square Ltd.
