Just Over 57,000 Square Feet Remain Available For Lease
SALT LAKE CITY—June 1, 2015—The Salt Lake office of CBRE today announced that construction on Building 6 at 201 Commerce Center has been completed. Only 57,329 square feet—or 19 percent—of the building remains available for lease. Tom Dischmann and Matt McAfee are exclusively overseeing the building’s leasing.
Located at 2179 South Commerce Center Drive, Building 6 is a state-of-the-art distribution facility consisting of 307,940 square feet. It is part of 201 Commerce Center, a 1.2-million-square-foot industrial development in West Valley City which is a joint venture between DLM Development and Clarion Partners.
Since January, three new leases have taken place at Building 6: a 67,201-square-foot lease for a fastener supply company, a 57,329-square-foot lease by a natural stone supplier, and a lease for 126,081 square feet secured by XPO Logistics. CBRE also represented XPO Logistics in this transaction.
