Growing CBRE Nashville Office Acquires Local Talent
Nashville, May 11, 2015 – CBRE Group, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate and investment firm, is excited to announce that Austin Benedict, a local commercial real estate retail expert, has joined CBRE’s Nashville office as Senior Associate in the Retail Group. With over seven years experience in the industry, Benedict’s expertise is in the retail sector with a particular focus on Landlord representation for urban retail properties. Benedict also provides site selection for a number of regionally-based restaurants along with several national chains.
Some favorite Nashville restaurants Benedict brokered include Etch, Husk, and the soon-to open Truss restaurant. Jimmy John’s Sandwiches and Qdoba are among the national chains that Benedict represents.
