Oklahoma City based Advanced Aesthetics, a non-surgical, medical spa providing elected procedures, has signed a lease for a new, larger location at Memorial Springs Medical Building. Advanced Aesthetics has signed a 10-year lease and will occupy 7,058-square-feet.
Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM, and Kelsey Gilbert with CBRE’s Oklahoma City office represented the landlord, S&B Land, LLC. Chris Anderson, CCIM, with Grant Group represented Advanced Aesthetics.
“In moving to Memorial Springs Medical Building, Advanced Aesthetics is able to both increase their space in a new, Class A facility as well as gain new foot traffic from the prominent signage and the vibrant mixed-use development across the street,” says Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM, Senior Associate at CBRE. “In addition, Memorial Springs offers them ideal, complimentary neighbors.”
“I started Advanced Aesthetics over 20 years ago here in my home town of Oklahoma City,” says Dr. Michael Elder, founder of Advanced Aesthetics. “I am excited to see our team moving into a larger, state-of-the-art space that will allow us to provide our clients with the highest service and grow our expertise.”
