In the National Sales Internship Program, you’ll be partnered with some of our top sales professionals to learn about our business. You will gain hands-on experience supporting current and potential deals by tracking leads, reviewing proposals, conducting market research, crafting presentations and completing special business development projects. Program Qualifications and Dates, etc.
The program is open to college juniors, seniors and graduate students with an interest in commercial real estate.
Tentative program dates are June 7 – July 30, 2021.The National Sales Internship Program is currently offered in the following cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Greater Los Angeles/Orange County, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Phoenix, San Diego, San Jose, Seattle, Tampa, and Washington D.C.

- Manage and update prospects in an internal tracking database
- Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
- Track local and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estate market
- Contribute to special projects in support of business development
- Provide ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financial analysis
- Strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
- Preferred experience in Salesforce and Tableau
- Strong presentation skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaboration and a team approach but can also work independently
- Proven leadership experience (clubs, projects, student government or office)
