Posse Foundation
- Posse believes that the leaders of the 21st century should reflect the country’s rich demographic mix. the ability of strong leaders from diverse backgrounds to develop consensus solutions to complex social problems. Careers-STEM, Film, Finance, Acctg. Banking, HR, Business Operations, etc.

Future Housing Leaders - Led by Fannie Mae in partnership with the National Urban League, helps college and university students from diverse backgrounds find positions with housing industry/CRE employers. The opportunity for exposure and education.

SEO (Seizing Every Opportunity) - SEO prepares successful professionals and propels them to positions of economic influence. SEO Career connects talented Black, Hispanic, and Native American undergraduates with internship opportunities at more than 60 partner companies nationwide.

HBCU Pathways to Commercial Real Estate - The HBCU Pathways to CRE Rotational Internship Program, is created with the intention of growing racial and ethnic diversity within the Commercial Real Estate industry through relationships with HBCUs. Each student will select their pathway based on university program, and career fit, agreeing and committing to the chosen pathway in the first year of the intern program. This program will provide year-over-year growth, allowing students to expand their knowledge, taking a deeper dive into their selected pathway. Starting at an entry level and moving into a more experience position.

Project Destined - We deliver our programming through the model: TRAIN, COMPETE, GROW. Students work with leading executives to evaluate live deals in their community and present them in a pitch competition. Scholars emerge with the skills, confidence, experiences and networks that prepare them to secure a strong first job.
