• There  were six GCBs transacted during the “circuit breaker” period lasting 7 April till 28 June 2020.

 

  • With a total investment volume amounting to $328.51 mil in H1 2020, this was comparable to H1 2019’s volume of $336.85 mil.

 

  • Five Sentosa Cove bungalows were sold in H1 2020 amounting to a total value of $89.80 with an average transacted price of $1,825 psf  on land area.

 

  • In H1 2020, a total of 86 caveats were lodged for apartments in the CCR worth $5.00 mil and above.

 

  • Though the sales volume was comparatively lower than the 179 units in H1 2019 and 188 units in H2 2019, there was still a healthy level of buying activity in the luxury market, considering that it coincided with the “circuit breaker” period.
