CBRE represented the Seller in the sale of this property, which was 78% occupied at time of sale and sold to a Los Angeles-based investor for $14.6M. The sale of the property was handled through a managed bid process which resulted to multiple offers. Ultimately, the sale of the property was awarded to the most capable group that could perform in a timely matter.
