The team focuses on core markets across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Louisiana.

Mr. Cozby has successfully closed in excess of $1.5B in sales and totaling in excess of 4,000,000 square feet throughout the Southwest in his career.  Throughout the past 25 years Mr. Cozby has successfully negotiated transactions in nearly every major market throughout the Southwest.
 
Based in Houston, Mark Witcher covers the state of Texas with a focus on representing institutional investors, owners and developers in retail investment sales.  An accomplished senior commercial real estate professional with more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Witcher has extensive experience in acquisition, disposition, marketing, site selection and tenant representation.  He has successfully closed in excess of $2.75B in sales and overseen hundreds of sales transactions. 
 
Blaine Dozier is a retail investment sales professional within CBRE’s National Retail Partners. In his current role as a Sales Associate, his responsibilities include transaction structuring, property tours, pricing strategy, financial analysis, value underwriting, lease abstracting and property marketing.
