Michael Muldowney joined CBRE in April 1996, specializing in multifamily property sales and concentrating on the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC and the District of Columbia. His market knowledge expands throughout the greater Washington-Baltimore region. Since joining the CBRE Multifamily Investment Properties Team, he has participated in the process of obtaining exclusive listings for and/or sales aggregating $35.5 Billion. Mr. Muldowney was one of the top eight Multifamily Producers nationally between 2002 and 2008.
