Main Street Promenade is a 181,573 square-foot mixed-use retail and office development located in the heart of Downtown Naperville, approximately 28 miles west of the Chicago CBD. Naperville is known for its charming shops and distinctive restaurants along tree-lined streets. NRP-Midwest led a selective, targeted campaign that resulted in an efficient, quick closing.

Core-quality regional community center situated in Westminster between Denver & Boulder
Shops at Walnut Creek was an exceptional offering that featured prime retail comprised of nine single and multi-tenant buildings and one undeveloped retail pad. It is one of the most prominent retail assets in the northwestern Denver submarket. NRP-Midwest achieved one of the strongest prices for a retail property in the greater Denver area via the creation of a competitive bidding environment.
Northbrook, IL Closed: November 2016 $68,500,000

Northshore 770 is a 101,500 square-foot irreplaceable neighborhood center located in the northern Chicago suburb of Northbrook, Illinois. It is strategically situated to serve some of the most desirable but under-retailed residential communities in Chicago’s north suburbs.
Burbank, IL Closed: December 2015 $51,850,000
Fully occupied grocery-anchored regional center located in dense Chicago suburb
Burbank Station is a 309,860 square-foot, Food 4 Less anchored regional center located at 78th & Cicero Avenue. The asset is located two miles south of Midway International Airport in the heart of the Ford City Mall retail corridor. NRP-Midwest found an institutional investor with a unique pocket of money for a submarket that was not automatic for most institutional capital sources.
IRET 15 Property Retail Portfolio
Multi-state (MN, ND, & NE) Closed: October 2015 $80,560,000
A 15-asset portfolio offering a variety of retail offering types
The IRET portfolio contained a combination of 15 assets in three states ranging in size from 3,757 to 213,271 square feet. The properties included a mix of retail offerings ranging from single tenant to a regional mall. NRP-Midwest executed a broad marketing campaign to find a unique buyer that could get comfortable with a wide variety of assets within a single portfolio.
Tanger Outlets 5-Asset Portfolio
Multi-state (CA, IL, ME, MI, OR) Closed: Q4 2014 & Q4 2015 $~200,000,000
A 5-asset portfolio offering including one trophy outlet asset with sales > $800 PSF
NRP-Midwest completed its largest outlet mall sale to date with the closing of a five-property outlet portfolio. This transaction was unique on many fronts especially given the lack of true outlet product trading in the marketplace. NRP-Midwest matched strategic capital with outlet operating partners to exceed target pricing and sourced accretive debt for the buyers.
Park Place Village

Prime Class-A mixed-use development in suburban Kansas City
Park Place Village is a 483,119 SF flagship mixed-use development located Kansas City’s premier suburban 119th Street retail corridor. The development included office, retail, hotel and residential components in one of Kansas City’s most affluent communities. NRP-Midwest directed one of metro Kansas City’s largest investment sale transactions and achieved a high pricing level for ownership.
Wheaton Wheaton, IL Closed: May 2015 $57,250,000
Core-quality lifestyle asset located in the affluent and growing Chicago suburb of Wheaton
Town Square Wheaton was one of the first lifestyle centers developed in the U.S. in 1992. Today, it continues to thrive with a strong lineup of fashion, food, and service offerings. It serves a captive trade area with some of the best demographics in Chicago’s western suburbs. NRP-Midwest successfully marketed the property in the midst of its transition in a highly competitive retail environment.
Richmond Heights, MO Closed: December 2016 $53,000,000
A mixed-use retail/apartment property with an adjacent redevelopment site
The Boulevard is a mixed-use retail and multi-family residential development located in Richmond Heights, Missouri. Richmond Heights is a mature suburban St. Louis community with in-fill, urban characteristics and is locally known as “Mid-County”. NRP-Midwest worked through a challenging public-private partnership structure for the project’s development component.
Council Bluffs, IA Closed: June 2016 $51,550,000

MSA Metro Crossing is an exceptionally high-performing community center located in the Omaha, Nebraska MSA.
