Through our relationships with numerous domestic and international investors, we originate fixed-rate and floating, construction, forward, standby and participating loans, as well as joint ventures. CBRE secures the funding and services loans for all property types including multi-family, office, retail and industrial real estate, with loans ranging from $1 million to over $250 million.

Michael Kolt, Garret Stasand and Amber Coleman specialize in financing net leased properties, spanning retail, office, industrial and medical product. The team offers a full suite of services, helping private clients evaluate deals, analyze market conditions and access capital sources to identify financing options that meet their investment objectives.

With over 2100 transactions to date since 1999, the team has more experience than any other Debt & Structured Finance group in financing net leased properties, leading the nation in this market segment. The team’s extensive deal volume and focused expertise yields unparalleled lender relationships that bring better deal certainty and favorable terms for their clients.

As part of our full suite of integrated services, CBRE Capital Markets offers loan servicing. This is managed through GEMSA Loan Services, LP, a partnership formed in 2001 between CBRE Debt & Structured Finance and GE Real Estate. Since its formation, GEMSA has become one of the largest commercial loan servicing companies in the U.S., managing loans for both portfolio lenders and CMBS pools. GEMSA has earned the highest ratings from Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor’s.
