The Central Midwest Debt & Structured Finance Group for CBRE Capital Markets provides intermediary, as well as direct lending, to clients in the Central Midwest Region, including Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.  Our team has been involved in over $2 billion in financing and advisory transactions since forming in 2012.
 
Our team originates debt and equity capital for all major property types including multifamily, senior housing, student housing, office, retail, industrial, hotels and special purpose real estate. We raise the entire stack, including senior debt to joint venture equity.
