With a focus in Multifamily financing over the last 15 years, our team consistently secures the most aggressive capital for our clients through the breadth and depth of our lender relationships and our extensive market knowledge. Our team has originated over $3.7 billion in real estate loans across 162 transactions over the last 5 years. This includes over $2 billion in first mortgage financings in North Carolina and South Carolina and reflects closed loans with greater than 23 different lenders.
Given the transaction volume and variety of client relationships, we have expertise in an array of “out of the box” financing solutions including: pre-stabilized communities, value-add, Sharia Compliant Equity, 1031 Reverse Exchange, Tenant-In-Common (“TIC”), portfolio financings, as well as properties with unique characteristics such as historic tax credits, cross-access easements, and environmental considerations.
