The build-out resulted a place for AECOM’s new open workplace standards. CBRE’s Project Management professionals fulfilled all lease obligations throughout the course of this $50 million project, decommissioned AECOM’s existing 400,000 sq. ft., and finally, delivered the project in eight months, meeting AECOM’s deadline.

Their new 105,000 SF spine headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado includes a manufacturing plant, test and cadaver lab, surgical training center and office space for approximately 300 employees.
CBRE project management was instrumental in the complex, detailed project requirements that included building infrastructure enhancements, extensive field coordination for over 180 pieces of manufacturing and lab equipment, and a hole cut between the administrative floors to provide a sense of connectivity and energy between the floors.
