Clarian Health Partners
CBRE was asked by Clarian Health Partners’ Director of Real Estate to identify the appropriate site for a new south medical hospital campus. The facility was to be located on the south side of Indianapolis or in northern Johnson County. The site needed to be along a major thoroughfare with access to Franklin, Whiteland, Martinsville, Center Grove, Greenwood and Southern Indianapolis. The new site also needed to be large enough for future expansion and development for a medical campus, alternative MOB uses and complimentary services.
CBRE, Inc. The Indianapoli was asked by Corporate Capital Development to identify the appropriate site for a new Midwest distribution center for their client, Cooper Tire. The site was to be located in a community with a good labor force along a major interstate. Reducing the high cost of shipping was a strong consideration during the selection process. Interstate access to major Midwest and South Central communities was critical to Corporate Capital Development for an 800,000 square foot build to suit warehouse facility.
The CBRE transaction team of Bob Christy and George Jones (Houston), Bob Reaumond and Hank Cox (Bannockburn), and Tom Cooler and Mark Writt(Indianapolis) represented Case New Holland in a transaction for a $28.7 million build-to-suit warehouse and distribution campus at Duke Realty's Lebanon Business Park. The campus, where Case New Holland moved in December 2003, encompasses an 842,000 SF national parts distribution center and a 250,000 SF worldwide export parts center. This team provided Case New Holland with a suitable facility in a master planned development that fit all of the company's requirements.
