Designed for multifamily properties needing financing between $1 million and $7.5 million. Loans are non-recourse and are available nationwide with fixed or hybrid ARM rates for terms up to 20 years. Interest-only and prepayment options are offered.
Fannie Mae Small Loans
Fast and flexible non-recourse loans for multifamily properties needing financing between $1 million and $5 million. Fixed or hybrid ARM rates are offered in highly customized loans with terms up to 30 years. Available from CBRE in most major markets.
For Commercial Properties
SBA 504 Loans
Offers high-leverage financing from $1.5 million and up for a wide array of owner-occupied commercial properties. Features 25-year fixed rates with no covenants. And our status as a non-bank lender means you can keep your existing depository relationships.
SBA 7(a) Loans
Provides fast capital to small businesses in amounts up to $5 million with as little as 0% down payment. Proceeds can be used for a variety of business purposes, including start-up and inventory costs.
