Professional Experience

 

Yazmin Ramirez is a Manager of Client Strategy & Consulting for CBRE’s Labor Analytics based in Mexico City. She covers the Latin American region and delivers labor strategies to assist with the production of corporate site selection consulting studies, researching and evaluating LatAm labor markets for her clients. Her role allows her to be client-facing, and includes responsibilities such as presenting demographic, financial and anecdotal analysis to help determine if a market makes a good fit for her client’s unique requirements and business objectives. In addition, Yazmin participates in Latin American community tours with various Labor Analytics' clienteles.

Previously, as a Business Intelligence Analyst with Labor Analytics, Yazmin collected labor market information specific to established and emerging markets in Latin America. Her research included gathering competitor information, wage surveys, interviews with local labor market experts and trends, opportunities and risks to help determine if a market makes for a good fit for a client’s unique requirements.

Prior to joining CBRE, Yazmin was responsible for the Central American strategic marketing efforts for Danone Mexico; where she organized the Danone Nations Cup project in South Africa. In 2008, Yazmin worked for Bolero/Michelin, France as Business Intelligence Analyst and completed studies and market research relating to the legislation, competition and economic landscape for Michelin’s Spanish automotive market sector. Prior to Michelin France, Yazmin worked for ALMA Consulting Group in France where she led the marketing and consulting strategies of key market opportunities to reduce operating costs, payroll and R&D tax credits in the United States, Portugal, England and Spain.

Yazmin received her B.S. degree at the University Anahuac in Mexico City and continued her education in Paris, France and obtained a Masters degree in Economics & International Project Management from the University of Paris-Est Creteil Val De Marne.

Yazmin was born in Mexico City and is fluent in Spanish, French, English, Portuguese and Italian.
