Bill Strocco is a member of the Global Workplace Solutions Western Division and is responsible for Transaction Management Services for global corporate client accounts. Bill currently leads a team delivering complex and multi-market global transactions to corporate clients and has 18 years of experience in the corporate and commercial real estate fields.
In his current role, Bill provides dedicated and focused advisory to his client as the global transaction team leader driving cost savings on their portfolio optimization efforts through the strategic implementation of their transactions. He identifies the opportunities and assembles the best dedicated and ad-hoc teams to solution the initiative, and then manages the collaborative transaction process while blending corporate finance, accounting, and capital market expertise. Bill holds his team accountable by measuring against client specific KPI’s, and prioritizing client satisfaction and outcome based results.
Over the past year, his team has executed on a diverse array of highly critical and time sensitive transactions across the globe, resulting in several extremely high value wins for the client with significant and measured value contributions.
Prior to re-joining CBRE, Bill has had several career successes in entrepreneurial commercial real estate development and private client advisory. During his previous tenure at CBRE, Bill was a recognized leader in the San Diego market for owner-occupier representation and value-add investment sales.
Bill has a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University, and has completed the coursework and credentials for his designation as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is knowledgeable in Argus software runs and has completed Argus coursework in investment sales underwriting and modelling.
