Whitney Johnson

Whitney Johnson re-joined CBRE in 2024 as Senior Associate, having previously been with the company for 9 years. She works with Patti and Joe Amecangelo, specializing in retail representation throughout the USA and Canada. Whitney provides brokerage and consulting services to investors, occupiers, and developers of retail properties. She is determined to keep her clients informed of market changes and help them protect their real estate interests as they fulfill their business objectives.

Whitney previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield in Colorado Springs where she provided brokerage and consulting services to owner-occupiers, and developers of retail properties across the state. Throughout her career, Whitney has completed leases with national occupiers such as: Paris Baguette, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, Optimal Wireless, Mister Car Wash and Primrose Schools.

Whitney brings focus and value to every client engagement. Her real estate knowledge coupled with superior customer service ensures her clients are equipped with the information needed to make real estate decisions that enhance value, reduce cost, and manage risk.
