With nearly 20 years of experience acting in various capacities as intermediary and principal, Wayne has obtained a diverse background in real estate development and investments. He is relied upon for expertise throughout the real estate development life-cycle, including recognizing market opportunities in user demand and trends, identifying properties satisfying the physical and economic characteristics necessary for development or redevelopment, recruiting project partners including developers and equity investors and negotiating long-term sale and/or lease agreements with end-users.

Significant Assignments
- Represented buyer in acquiring and obtaining rezoning and subdivision plat for 165-lot single-family subdivision located in Waukesha County
- Represented seller of multiple properties in excess of 100 acres to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources
- Represented buyer in highly complex multiple property assemblage for mixed-use redevelopment. Dealt with almost a dozen property owners and overcame challenging multi-agency regulatory approvals from local municipal, county, state and federal levels
- Represented buyer of the 325,000 square-foot St. Catherine's Hospital Campus in the City of Kenosha and the 200,000 square-foot DePaul Hospital in the City of Milwaukee which were demolished and redeveloped into senior housing campuses
- Represented the developer in the acquisition and redevelopment of the former Pitney Bowes building in West Allis and procured a lease for the entire building with Columbia St. Mary's Hospital
- Responsible for acquisition and dispositions of retail banking centers for Chase Bank
- Represented both buyers and sellers in investment property transactions ranging from $500,000 to $9,000,000 including the sale of multi-tenant office buildings,single-tenant retail properties, and a net-leased portfolio of industrial buildings
