William (Bill) Almstedt joined CBRE as a Project Manager on the Chevron GCS account in 2007. Prior to that, Bill managed projects, facilities maintenance and TI improvements for a variety of clients across the United States. His portfolio included properties and projects in California, Texas, Arizona and Florida. He handled the day-to-day management of projects as well as client relations and contract sales.
Since joining CBRE, Bill has been an integral member of the Chevron Project Management team. He has spearheaded over 150 projects, TI’s, rebrands and EVR phase II locations overseeing $32MM managed dollars. His expertise includes all levels of Project Management: contractor management, construction scheduling, safety and compliance enforcement, budget management and competitive bidding. Bill is also responsible for the operational budget and facilities management and maintenance of 107 company owned Chevron services stations.
In 2011, Bill continued to be a valuable asset to Chevron and CBRE creating $161K in value to fee. As one of the longest term team members, Bill has an incredible, wide knowledge base of Chevron’s policies and procedures, as well as the history of the Project Management projects. Bill is incredibility passionate about CBRE and our RISE values, as well as his client, Chevron.
