Brannely Turpen serves as a Project Manager on CBRE’s Microsoft account. He is responsible for overseeing programs relating to space occupied by vendors on Microsoft properties in Puget Sound and North America campuses: Charlotte, Fargo, Las Colinas and Silicon Valley. In this role Brannely sets rhythm of business, responsible for KPI development and execution and overall success of the program. Other responsibilities include relationship management with Microsoft Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) leadership and several stakeholders across the Microsoft Business Groups.
Brannely joined CBRE in January 2009 as a Business Services Manager with the Group Health account where he was in a facilities operations role responsible for 500,000 sq/ft of clinical space and a team of 40 union represented environmental services staff. He joined the Microsoft account in July of 2012 to lead an expansion of an RE&F space management program.
Before CBRE Brannely spent 6 years in the Marine Corps on active duty from 1997-2003 as a helicopter crew chief and door gunner. In this role Brannely was responsible for the safety of crew members, training and execution of in-flight tactical role. During those 6 years he deployed three times; one of which was a combat deployment to Iraq where he built up over 100 hours of combat flight time and earned numerous air medals.
