Professional Experience

Timothy Lorman is a Managing Director within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services business line. Tim brings more than 15 years of experience to assignments in corporate real estate, facilities management, and project management.

Prior to joining CBRE, Tim was the Managing Director of Solution Development for Colliers Corporate Solutions. He was responsible for leveraging his experience in corporate solutions to lead the development of global FM and workplace strategy assignments for new clients. Prior to his promotion to this role, Tim held the roles of MD of Facilities Management and MD of Strategy and Innovation for Colliers where he was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in the areas of facilities management, portfolio optimization, site selection and location strategies, business process improvement and the design of targeted key performance indicators for clients worldwide.​
