Tripp Eskridge is a managing director of project management at CBRE. Mr. Eskridge leads the growth of our business focused on providing great outcomes for our industrial and logistics clients. He is a veteran project management executive with more than 30 years of experience managing the design and construction process for industrial facilities and in-plant engineering.
Mr. Eskridge has extensive experience overseeing build-to-suit and tenant improvements for industrial projects. This expertise is critical as U.S. industrial construction races to keep up with surging demand for warehouses and distribution centers from e-commerce users. Mr. Eskridge supports the growth of manufacturing projects for companies interested in near shoring of their supply chain.
Mr. Eskridge’s expertise includes cross-dock distribution, automated material handling, designing freezer/cooler facilities and many types of manufacturing plants. He will partner with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services professionals to advise and assist clients in minimizing project costs and long-term risk in relation to operational processes, material handling systems as well as design and capital management.
Mr. Eskridge spent the past 10 years at JLL, serving more than 35 industrial and logistics clients across the U.S. He founded and led a national industrial project management practice group that developed more than 25 million sq. ft. of ground up and tenant improvement projects.
Prior to JLL, Mr. Eskridge held multiple positions at United Parcel Service, Inc., including serving as Director of Supply Chain Solutions in the Americas, with responsibility for more than 1,800 facilities.
