Tricia Shay is the Managing Director of Occupier Services for CBRE’s Tri-State Global Workplace Solutions Group, overseeing transaction management within the GWS offering. As part of this role, she also assists in coordinating transaction management activities with the Project Management, Facilities Management and Strategic Consulting lines of business.
Tricia brings to her role more than 20 years of experience in real estate, most recently with Weight Watchers International, where she was Vice President of both Real Estate for North America and Field Operations for the Eastern U.S. At Weight Watchers, she held day-to-day operational accountability for a team of service providers, territory managers and district directors across 23 states, and P&L responsibility for a portfolio yielding more than $300 million in revenue. Prior to that, Tricia worked with Johnson Controls’ Global Workplace Solutions group in Long Island for 15 years, beginning as a lease administrator and rising through the ranks to become Vice President and General Manager for National Accounts.
