Trey Culpepper is a Director for the National Retail Partners—Midwest team. He provides state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting, enabling institutional and corporate clients to make well-supported decisions in complex transactions. His primary responsibilities include performing thorough review and analyses of leases, mortgage documentation, historical income and expense data, marketing assumptions, budgeted cash flow projections, and a range of other project-specific information and data sets. He is heavily involved in collaborating with client teams and coordinating transaction details between buyers and sellers.
Trey joined CBRE in 2015 from Regency Centers, where he was primarily responsible for the financial underwriting and due diligence of Regency's acquisition, development, and redevelopment opportunities on the East Coast.
Trey graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 with both Master's in Accounting and Bachelor's of Accounting degrees. Trey began his career as a tax accountant at KPMG in Jacksonville for two years. He then transferred for a two year rotation with Regency's tax team before completing his three-year tenure in the underwriting role.
