Trent J. Thoms (S), CCIM, MBA
Professional Experience
Trent J. Thoms is a Vice President in CBRE’s Industrial and Land Services Divisions and brings 16 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining CBRE in 2009, Mr. Thoms worked in commercial real estate in Honolulu for seven years. Trent received his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and interned for then Senate Majority leader Tom Daschle in Washington, D.C. He then went on to work in the commercial real estate finance industry in New York City for one of the top commercial mortgage brokerage companies in the U.S. while attending New York University's Real Estate Institute and earning a graduate degree in real estate. Upon returning to Hawaii, Trent obtained his M.B.A. at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Trent has since become one of the top commercial real estate producers on Oahu having closed more than $225M in sales transactions and leased more than one million sq. ft. of commercial real estate on Oahu. During his career, Mr. Thoms has been named a repeat top producer at the two largest commercial real estate firms in Hawaii.
