Professional Experience

Travis Lawrie joined CBRE in 2018 working with Todd Siegel and Phil Golding on the Urban Retail Practice Group in Chicago’s downtown office. Mr. Lawrie specializes in the representation of national retail tenants, where he provides advisory and transaction management including extensive financial analysis surrounding their acquisition and expansion strategy.  Additionally, Mr. Lawrie and his team consult on some of Chicago’s most prominent mixed-use assets, which include Willis Tower, The Tribune Tower, 500 West Madison Street, 940 North Michigan Avenue, and 444 North Michigan Avenue. 
 
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lawrie spent four years with a boutique brokerage firm in Dallas, Texas where he provided transaction management on behalf of retailers and restauranteurs.   He specialized in market entry and new store growth strategy.
 
Mr. Lawrie has a BA from Southern Methodist University.
