Professional Experience

Anthony Hayes currently serves as a First Vice President on CBRE's Capital Markets team focusing on the valuation and marketing of investment sales properties throughout New England. Previously, Anthony was a Vice President with the Capital Markets group at Colliers. He draws a decade of real estate development, acquisitions and finance experience.

Prior to his role at Colliers, Anthony was a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Quarry Capital Partners, LLC. At Quarry Anthony managed the due diligence and underwriting of four residential mortgage portfolios with an unpaid principal balance of over $90,000,000 on behalf of the company.

Prior to Quarry Capital Partners, LLC, Anthony was an Acquisitions Analyst for Compass Realty Associates, assisting with the acquisition and development of numerous retail centers throughout New England.
