Tina Braswell leads Americas web initiatives and is responsible for developing new capabilities within the web platform, managing content and brand integrity on CBRE.com, and implementing new electronic marketing strategies across the company. She encourages the use of the web throughout the Local Offices, Departments, and Service Lines in order to achieve cost savings, enhance marketing capabilities, and improve client relations.
Tina is a senior member of the Web Marketing Group, bringing more than six years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Prior to this role, Tina served as the Eastern Division Web Marketing Manager responsible for increasing awareness of web initiatives and training local office web publishers throughout the Eastern Division.
Tina Braswell began her career with CBRE in the South Florida Marketing Department. There she served as Marketing Coordinator and was later promoted to Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager, Tina was responsible for all aspects of Marketing and Communications, including company branding, business development, collateral marketing material, advertising, web marketing and media relations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Tina was an Account Executive at Chase Marketing Group. Her responsibilities included preparing proposals for new business, overseeing the production and design of collateral materials, preparing information for the media, and event coordination.
