Mr. Zulick is a Senior Managing Director with the CBRE’s Baltimore office. He leads a team of more than 100 professionals including brokers, project managers, appraisers and asset managers, to execute strategic, integrated and comprehensive commercial real estate services for tenants/occupiers and property owners. His focus is to oversee the vertical integration of the industrial and multi-family sectors.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Zulick was a Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer at First Potomac Realty in Bethesda. During his tenure at First Potomac, he was widely recognized for his expertise, proven leadership and strong presence in this real estate community. Among his successes, he achieved 12 consecutive quarters of positive net absorption (Q1 2012 – Q4 2014) in a down market, developed and implemented a strategy to increase income and occupancy for all property groups, and was responsible for managing and directing overall leasing performance of 15.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and business park properties in the Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia markets, a portfolio with an asset value of approximately $1.5 billion.
Mr. Zulick is also credited with growing the First Potomac portfolio from 1 million to 15.5 million square feet between August 2004 and June 2013, leading a 12-member leasing team to generate approximately $125 million in annual revenue.
Prior to joining First Potomac in 2004, Mr. Zulick was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow in Baltimore and a Vice President with Casey Oncor in Baltimore and Columbia, Maryland.
