Tim Dismond is President of the South Division within Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). In this role, Tim is accountable for delivering world-class, comprehensive real estate solutions to GWS clients, and enabling an empowered and highly functional workforce in the South Division. His responsibilities include overseeing facilities management, project management, brokerage and consulting services, and implementing transformational change and other strategic initiatives within the Division. Tim is a member of the GWS Americas Executive Committee, the CBRE HSE Steering Committee and the AANG Executive Committee.
In his previous role, Tim was Executive Managing Director for the Central Division within GCS, serving client accounts based in the Central U.S. and Canada. Earlier in his career with CBRE, he was Executive Account Leader for Bank of America, and Alliance Director at Sprint, where his team received the Account Excellence award for three consecutive years.
Prior to joining CBRE, Tim held several executive positions within Sprint, including Enterprise Operations where he reported directly to the Chairman and CEO of Sprint. Tim is a broker and licensed attorney by profession, and practiced law at a large law firm in Kansas City for several years. He has represented many Fortune 500 companies and developers in all aspects of real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, land use planning and zoning, leasing, financing and corporate restructurings.
