As a Project Coordinator on the Bank of America Account, Tiffany Hardy is actively participating in the ground-up development and interior fit-out of retail bank facilities. Her responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager, (PjM) with project budgeting input, contracting, invoicing, construction scheduling, and project close-out. She provides for the day-to-day project administration.
Prior to employment with CBRE, Tiffany served as a Construction Project Assistant on the Water Works 2011 Program in the City of Fort Lauderdale under management by CH2M Hill. During her tenure, Ms. Hardy assisted with the multi-million dollar modernization of the city’s water and wastewater infrastructure. Her work was primarily on the wastewater and water plants systems. In addition, Ms. Hardy was employed for the Liberty City Trust, a program funded by the City of Miami; she acted as the Real Estate Manger. The program mission was to renovate and rehabilitate District 5. Ms Hardy built relationships with developers and local business owners encouraging economic and real estate development. Finally, Ms. Hardy worked for several years at The Real Estate Resource Group, Inc. under the leadership of a prominent small business owner. Her role as the executive assistant, was managing the daily operations of the Real Estate Development, Land Development – Assessments & Valuations, Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage, Securities Investments and Financial Planning firms.
