Professional Experience


Tiffany Bagley currently serves as the Change Management Platform Lead for the CBRE Workplace Strategies team.  In her role, she helps her clients develop Change Management strategies aimed at supporting Alternative Workplace implementations.    Mrs. Bagley has extensive knowledge and expertise in the developing and operationalizing  of  workplace strategies, program management, process development / redesign, and project management.

Mrs. Bagley has over 10 years experience in the Change Management and Employee Communications field with a special focus in the Corporate Real Estate industry.  In her current role, she helps her clients develop Change Management strategies aimed at supporting Alternative Workplace implementations.   During her years in Corporate Real Estate, Mrs. Bagley has honed her project management, strategic planning, and program management skills, developing and delivering sophisticated solutions within multiple complex corporate organizations, including American Express, UnitedHealth Group, and Sprint.​​​​​
