Thomas W. Oliver is a Project Manager for CBRE’s Project Management Group in Atlanta. His primary focus is on the national Siemens account. In this capacity, Mr. Oliver oversees all phases of project management including design, permitting, construction, quality control, and budget management. This includes both the management and oversight of client build-to-suits, ground-up construction and interior build-outs. He interfaces with the client to define project requirements and assists CBRE Project Managers with all Siemens project related activities including client coordination, proposals, cost estimates, quality control and billing. Mr. Oliver’s principal role is to help manage the CBRE Siemens team and to ensure projects are complete on-time and within budget.
As a civil engineer, Mr. Oliver spent the last five years prior to CBRE as a Project Engineer / Project Manager for a private civil engineering firm in the Atlanta area where he was responsible for the design, permitting and construction of over one million square feet of commercial/retail space, as well as office and institutional properties. Mr. Oliver has extensive experience working with large corporate accounts, including Wal-Mart, Burger King Corp. and Siemens.
