Theresa is the Regional Facilities Manager for a leading New York City based on-line Financial Services Company, responsible for overseeing the day to day operation and maintenance across the North and South East, totaling 550,000 Sq. Ft. As Regional Facilities Manager, Theresa also has responsibility on the overall FM strategy and has ownership of leveraging the FM team as a whole to accomplish key areas of focus. Theresa is dedicated to the one account, reporting to the Alliance Director. She joined the company, (formerly Trammel Crow Company) in October, 2003.
Theresa’s professional experience while working on the account includes a few project management assignments as well as working with a dedicated CBRE PM for larger projects. Prior to joining CBRE, Theresa worked on the Bank of America Account (formerly Fleet) as a Facilities Manager with CBRE from 2002-2003, where she managed 35 Branches. Prior to that, she worked as a Facilities Manager for BT North America (British Telecom) for 11 years, where she had responsibility in the North East as well as some international responsibility.
