As the Regional Business Operations Manager for CBRE's Greater Southwest Region, Terrie Mierke is responsible for planning, managing and directing business operations in 13 offices across seven markets; Albuquerque, Colorado, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Diego and Tucson. She leads a team of 34 professionals who support a variety of key business operations functions, including accounts payable, project budgets, revenue forecasting, billing and accounts receivables, contract administration, licensing, transaction processing and ad-hoc data reporting for multiple lines of business.
Terrie joined CBRE in 1988 and has held a variety of positions throughout her career, including over 15 years in Asset Services. In April of 2014, Terrie became the Office Operations Manager of the San Diego local market area, responsible for the oversight of personnel management, finance and accounting, information technology, facilities management, property marketing and human resources.
Terrie's prior professional experience includes serving as the Office Manager of the Koll Company and Koll Construction in San Diego. She was also an Assistant Real Estate Manager with CBRE on a wide variety of projects in San Diego. Terrie has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
