Teri Tucker is a Real Estate Manager in CBRE’s Global Corporate Services department. Teri joined Trammell Crow Company in 2002 to provide Facility Management services for a Global High Technology Company’s 4 million square foot corporate campus. In December 2006, Trammell Crow was acquired by CBRE. Teri continued providing client services for the same corporate client through both her company’s ownership change and the client’s subsequent ownership change in 2008. She is now in her 11th year with this client and is currently assisting in the disposition of their inactive properties.
Teri has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry managing commercial office space, industrial, land, retail and multi-family sites. Early in her career, she worked as a Real Estate Salesman in Henry S Miller’s Dallas office.
The majority of her Property Management clients have been third party investment groups such as Goldman Sachs, a client during Teri's employment with Grubb & Ellis. While managing both commercial office and multi-family properties for Merit Texas Properties in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, she was promoted to Vice President of their Residential Real Estate department. During this time, she participated in the acquisition of their multi-family properties, developed marketing plans, coordinated capital improvement activities and created standards for leasing and ownership reporting.
Throughout the course of her career, Teri has acted in the capacity of Project Manager providing oversight of tenant finish and capital improvement projects in excess of $500K. She has managed the disposition of client sites saving over $1M in a single transaction through strategic planning and leveraged pricing. Additionally she lead a national janitorial bid for a corporate client across multi regional sites and obtained preferred national pricing discounts which resulted in over $1M in savings for the client.
