As Customer Service Representative for the Global High Technology Company’s account team since September 2006, Tammy supports the service delivery leaders and engineers who performs Project Management, Facilities Management, as well as Critical Infrastructure support for the Client’s business services supporting government facilities located around the country. Tammy supports the East coast engineers as well as the service delivery leaders, and provides exceptional customer service by operating the Service Manager Seven reporting tool, filtering requests from site personnel and dispatching the appropriate vendor to rectify and solve any issues that occur at the many Naval bases in the East Coast territory. She continues to be a valuable asset to her team as she provides excellent customer care.
Prior to her current role, Tammy was the Administrative Assistant to the Regional Manager for the EDS Payment Processing Account for twelve years. In this capacity, Tammy was responsible for scheduling meetings, arranging travel, processing payroll, providing benefit information, expense reporting, as well as customer support for numerous accounts.
