Stuart Hood is currently leading the Schlumberger account as the Senior Director of Global Real Estate, where he manages the Global Integrator Platform and oversees transactions across the client’s portfolio.
Prior to leading the Schlumberger account, Stuart was a Director on the ExxonMobil account where he was responsible for setting up a global TM process that would ensure consistent reporting, task management, governance, and control point procedures.
Before joining the ExxonMobil account, Stuart led the Global Project Management Platform on the AT&T International account. His projects required coordination of variable, in region, project management resources, as well as outside contractors for the seamless execution of AT&T CRE construction projects internationally. Mr. Hood led projects in over 30 countries while providing a consistent, results driven, global platform for AT&T executive leadership. One highlight of his tenure with AT&T included the construction of AT&T’s Mexico City Headquarters at Torre Diana, the largest real estate transaction in Mexico in 2015.
Stuart joined CBRE in 2010 on the Bank of America account as a member of CBRE’s Project Operations and Strategy group. As a member of this group, Stuart managed the execution of the Bank of America Retail portfolio and integrated market plan, was the lead manager for the Bank’s Retail Sustainability Green Initiative, and was responsible for mitigating financial risk and liability on all U.S. retail construction projects for the bank.
