With over 10 years of expertise in tenant representation, Steve Lee is a Vice President of Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services in CBRE’s San Francisco downtown office. Mr. Lee represents commercial office tenants and advises his clients on real estate strategy, planning, financial analysis, transaction structuring and execution. During his career, Mr. Lee has arranged transactions in 30 U.S. states, as well as Canada and Mexico on behalf of his clients, who range from small technology and startup organizations to financial institutions, professional services firms, education and engineering companies.
In 2005, Mr. Lee began his professional real estate career in Southern California with Lee & Associates, and was recruited in 2006 by Cushman & Wakefield to join the top tenant representation team in Orange County. In 2013, Mr. Lee relocated and expanded his tenant representation practice to the San Francisco Bay Area where he focused on the representation of technology companies in Silicon Valley.
As a native San Franciscan, Mr. Lee attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory and graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Mr. Lee’s professional affiliations include the UCSD Alumni Association, St. Ignatius Alumni Board (Board Member) and ProVisors, a national community of trusted advisors. Currently living in San Bruno, Mr. Lee and his wife are health-conscious home cooks and fitness enthusiasts, who love taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors by way of hiking, backpacking and racing his car and motorcycles.
