Steve King has worked at CBRE for 27 years as an Industrial Real Estate Specialist with an area of expertise in the Southwest and West Houston submarkets. With a primary focus on Landlord and Tenant Representation, Mr. King has an expert knowledge of the current market values of property both for rent and sale, and the transactional skills of contract negotiation and project management. Over his career, Mr. King has negotiated the sale, lease-up, and resale of various value added industrial properties as well as the many leases with major Tenants.
