Mr. Castor joined Trammell Crow Company in 1985 and has held a variety of security management positions at multiple properties working with staff and department managers to understand their security needs and implement actions to accommodate them with the appropriate mix of staffing, equipment and procedures. In 1999 he was promoted to Director of Security Services where he directed all security related activities for the 200-member proprietary security team and 30+ million square feet of space. Joining CBRE with the Trammell Crow Company acquisition in 2006 Castor continues to expand the proprietary security services with the formation of CBRE Security Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary providing value added security services to CBRE Asset Services.
