Stacey Thompson is the Office Operations Manager for CBRE’s Oak Brook office. In this role, Stacey partners with Managing Director, Bill Wright, in the implementation of current and new policies while ensuring overall office operational effectiveness.
Stacey joined CBRE in January 2013 as a Senior Administrative Assistant, where she assisted office leadership with the management of schedules, projects and accounts payable processes.
Prior to CBRE, Stacey served as a Senior Marketing Manager in Customer Experience and Relationship Management at Allstate Insurance. Stacey’s responsibilities included management of operational processes serving as the department technology liaison and expense manager, where she implemented billing processes, maintained and ensured the compliance of their countrywide billing system and developed bench strength for critical positions.
