Professional Experience

Steve Sutherland is a life-long resident of the Seattle area with 36 years of commercial real estate transaction experience.  He began his career in 1980 leasing office and high-tech space in the Bellevue/Eastside area of Greater Seattle.  In 1992 he made the full-time transition to Investment Sales specializing in office and retail properties throughout the Puget Sound and has since been directly involved in over $1 Billion in total sales and nearly 100 separate transactions.  Steve’s skill set includes property performance analysis, due diligence overview and marketing.
