Throughout her career, Sherrie Stewart has focused on building high performing teams and driving superior service and results for her clients. Sherrie joined CBRE in 2007 and is currently the Alliance Director for Southern California Edison account, leading the team to provide Project Management and Facilities Management services. Her team is responsible for their 6 million square foot portfolio including office space, critical facilities, sub-stations and hydro-electric sites.
Prior to her role on SCE, she served as the Global Alliance Director for the Cisco Systems account, leading the team to provide Project Management and Facilities Management services. Her team was dedicated to providing real estate solutions to Cisco employees who occupy over 17 million square feet globally.
Prior to her role on Cisco, she served as the Alliance Director for the Chevron Account where she was responsible for the delivery of comprehensive real estate services and led a team providing Project and Development Management, Facilities Management oversight, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, and Strategic Consulting services for over 20 million square feet of real estate.
Sherrie has lead the CBRE Global Workplace Solutions Southern California LINK program which brings CBRE employees in the area together on topics such as communications, networking, education, professional societies, and mentoring.
Sherrie’s greatest strength is her proactive mentality and relationship building skills. She has a reputation for building highly motivated and performing teams. Her inclusive and collaborative leadership style has proven to result in exceedingly satisfied clients.
