Shelley Lamoglia is a Real Estate Manager with CBRE's Austin office and directly manages 780,126 square feet of general services administration (GSA), office and industrial product for various ownerships. Her responsibilities include tenant and owner relationship management, financial oversight including budget re-forecasting, accounts payable and tracking capital expenditures, coordinating tenant moves, property inspections and project management for tenants.
Shelley offers 13 years of commercial real estate management experience for multi-tenant, high rise product. Shelley joined CBRE with the Trammell Crow Company merger. Prior to the CBRE/TCC merger, Shelley was employed with Lincoln Property Company as Assistant Property Manager, where she was responsible for daily management issues of the 100 Congress Building. She previously worked for David R. Bolton, Inc. as an Administrative Supervisor where she was responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all appraisal reports and general office management.
