Shalonda Hughes is an office sales professional with CBRE Las Vegas. Ms. Hughes was recruited in 2004 to participate in the “Wheel Program”, which is considered to be the best training program in the commercial real estate industry. As part of her intensive training, she has been exposed to several lines of commercial real estate, which include investment sales, office leasing, industrial and land brokerage.
Her experience in real estate and contract negotiations has allowed her the opportunity to focus and develop into a dynamic Office Specialist.
Ms. Hughes currently represents over 700,000 square feet of office property for lease and sale in Southern Nevada. She acts as an advisor to Landlord/Owners, as well as Tenants/Buyers in areas of sales and leasing, acquisition and development of land, valuation studies, lease versus purchase analysis and build-to- suit transaction services. Working with Owners and Tenants alike, Ms. Hughes offers strategic planning and transaction management to ensure a smooth transaction from the initial offering to closing.
